The Directorate General of the ISF, Public Relations Department, has published the following notification:
On 11-11-2024, unknown persons have entered by effraction to one of the compagnies in the locality of Achrafieh -Beirut, and have stolen a safe that contains a sum of money.
Immediately, the specialized units in the ISF, have launched their measures in order to arrest the actors and to arrest them. And further a technical work and inquiries, the Information Department has succeeded to identify one of the involved persons, and he is named:
(M. M born on 1975, Lebanese)
And he has previous convictions for crimes of theft, robbery, threat, selling of stolen objects, appropriation of arms and munitions, and he is wanted by the authorities by virtue of 5 judicial warrants for robbery, effraction, composition of gangs and arms.
On the basis of the above, orders have been taken in order to localize him and to arrest him.
On 22-11-2024, and further a delicate following up work, a Special Force in the Information Department, has succeeded to arrest him in the locality of Sakiyet Al Janzir, on board of a black “Nissan “ Car , and this is the car used in the robbery operation. (it has been seized) . Also, it has arrested with him the named:

And he has also previous convictions for crimes of theft, fraud, resistance to police agents, privation of liberty, beating and harassment.
We have seized inside the car gloves and discs for iron cutting.
By hearing the first one, he has confessed what it was been alleged to him, and having carried out the robbery operation with the following persons:
Also, they have confessed that they have shared the stolen sum of money between them, and they have tracked the company before having execute the operation.
And by hearing the second one, (F. K ), he has confessed having moved with the first one to the locality of Achrafieh , one board of a black “Nissan “ car , with the aim of tracking and control.
On 23-11-2024, the Special Force in the a/m Department has arrested the two Syrians in the locality of Sin El Fil, and they have confessed having participated in the robbery operation.
We have taken the legal measures against them, and they have been conducted to the concerned authorities.
Issued by the General Directorate of the Internal Security Forces – Public Relations Division, the following statement: As part of the daily follow-up carried out by the Internal Security Forces to combat drug trafficking and distribution across various Lebanese regions, the Information Branch obtained information regarding unidentified individuals promoting drugs in the Keserwan area and storing them inside an apartment in the Zouk Mikael area. Accordingly, the competent units of the said branch initiated investigations and intelligence inquiries to identify and arrest them. Following a precise surveillance and monitoring operation, one of the branch’s patrols raided the apartment in Zouk Mikael and arrested the suspects inside. They are: M. A. (born in 1988, Iraqi) K. A. (born in 1993, Iraqi) M. H. (born in 2005, Syrian) R. Q. (born in 2000, Syrian) F. Q. (born in 1999, Syrian) Upon searching them and the apartment, the following were seized: 56 wraps of crystal meth 23 wraps of cocaine 16 wraps of cocaine paste 7 bags of cannabis resin A booklet of rolling papers and 4 bottles used for drug consumption A sum of money During interrogation, they confessed to promoting drugs in the Keserwan area. The necessary legal measures were taken against them, and they were referred, along with the seized items, to the competent authority based on the instructions of the judiciary.

Issued by the General Directorate of the Internal Security Forces – Public Relations Division, the following statement: As part of the ongoing efforts by Internal Security Forces units to pursue and arrest individuals involved in drug-related crimes, and within the framework of the security plan established by the Judicial Police Unit to curb the spread of this scourge across various Lebanese regions: After Airport Customs officers seized, on 11/02/2026, a parcel containing narcotic substances, the Central Anti-Drug Office immediately launched investigations and swift inquiries. As a result, it carried out a rapid and specialized operation leading to the arrest of the parcel’s recipient: Sh. B. (born in 1981, Lebanese). Through immediate interrogation and cross-checking of technical and forensic data, the warehouse he used to store the goods prior to distributing them to dealers and promoters was identified in the Zouk Mikael area. A patrol from the aforementioned office raided the warehouse and seized a large and diverse quantity of drugs, including: Four plastic “Skittles” boxes containing colored jelly-like pellets. A “Genz” cardboard box containing beige powder. Four spray-shaped boxes (brand “Puffla”) containing cigarette-shaped items. Two “Trippy Snax Dubay” cardboard boxes containing cigar pieces. Three boxes branded “VS.” One box branded “Polaris.” 97 ketamine vials. 93 pink cocaine wraps weighing 655 grams. 182 white cocaine wraps weighing 1,230 grams. 67 transparent bags containing cannabis resin weighing 1,125 grams. Four slabs of cannabis resin weighing 1,270 grams. 49 nylon bags and two boxes containing marijuana weighing 1,325 grams. 14 nylon bags containing 640 ecstasy pills. 5 plastic wraps containing mushroom substance weighing 30 grams. 30 bags containing “choco mushroom” weighing 705 grams. 20 wraps bearing cocaine traces. 50 electronic cigarettes containing cannabis. Three booklets of rolling papers. A precision scale suitable for use. A cannabis grinder. Packaging bags for narcotics. A vacuum-sealing machine. An M4 rifle with a magazine containing 25 live rounds. A sum of money. The narcotics were seized, and a vehicle belonging to the detainee was impounded. Efforts are ongoing, in coordination with the competent judiciary, to arrest the remaining individuals involved.

Issued by the General Directorate of the Internal Security Forces – Public Relations Division, the following statement: The Traffic Units of the Internal Security Forces continue their mission of enforcing speeding violations through radar monitoring day and night. During one week, from 16/02/2026 until the morning of 23/02/2026, a total of 4,546 speeding tickets were issued, with the aim of preserving citizens’ safety, deterring reckless driving, and reducing accidents. Additionally, within the framework of their duties in maintaining security and order and combating various types of crime, units of the Internal Security Forces arrested 261 individuals across Lebanese territory during the same period (from 16/02/2026 until the morning of 23/02/2026). Those arrested were involved in various criminal offenses and were wanted by the judiciary under different warrants and judicial rulings.

Issued by the General Directorate of the Internal Security Forces – Public Relations Division, the following statement: As part of the daily follow-up carried out by the Internal Security Forces to combat theft operations across various Lebanese regions and pursue those involved, the Information Division obtained information about an individual engaged in carrying out thefts by breaking and entering homes and commercial shops in Mount Lebanon. After each operation, he would flee to Syria and then return to resume his criminal activities. Accordingly, the competent units within the Division initiated field and investigative measures to identify and arrest him. As a result of inquiries and investigations, the Division was able to identify him as: J. F. (born in 1977, Lebanese) He is subject to three judicial warrants for theft. It was also revealed, following the circulation of a video on social media showing a minor throwing himself from a balcony after being subjected to an attempted assault, that the house belonged to the aforementioned suspect, who had fled to Syria to avoid arrest. After information was received that he had returned to Lebanon and was staying at a hotel in the Hamra area, one of the branch’s patrols spotted him driving a silver Kia Picanto. He was arrested, and the vehicle was seized. A minor, N. D. A. (born in 2012, Syrian), was arrested with him. Upon searching the suspect and the vehicle, three mobile phones and a sum of money were seized. During interrogation, he confessed to the charges against him, stating that, in collaboration with others (some of whom had previously been arrested by the branch), he had carried out numerous thefts by breaking and entering homes and commercial shops in the areas of Mansourieh, Khaldeh, Jbeil, Aaramoun, and Fayadiyeh. The most recent was the theft of an electrical appliances store in Jbeil on 13/01/2026. After each operation, they would flee to Syria to avoid arrest. Regarding the minor arrested with him, the latter stated in the presence of a juvenile representative that he had known J. F. for about a year, and that the latter had previously assaulted him after inviting him to his home in the Ain El Remmaneh area. The minor also admitted that he had been forced to accompany him again to carry out acts against his will in exchange for money, and that he was currently residing with him in the house. The necessary legal measures were taken against the suspect, who was detained and referred, along with the seized items, to the competent authority based on the instructions of the judiciary. Efforts are ongoing to arrest other individuals involved.
