The Directorate General of the ISF, Public Relations Department, has published the following notification : On the basis of the following up work carried out by the ISF in order to combat against all kinds of crimes and to arrest their perpetrators, information was been obtained by the Bureau of Terrorism and Important crimes in Beirut and Mount of Lebanon , and that it is related to the Unit of Judicial Police, about a gang that executes fraud operations between Lebanon and Brazil , and the criminals convince their victims in this country that they are capable to ensure a service to them by delivering sums of money in “euros “ to their parents in Lebanon, in exchange of a money transfer that has the same value, which means “bitcoins “ to the Brazil and that is for their profit , by making sure of receiving the same sum . Many individuals were victims of this group, and one of them has received the falsified sum of 000.36. And the Bureau has again received information that one of the members of this group will deliver the sum of 000.35 “euros “to the new victim. Immediately, orders were been given to the members of this group to work in order to localize and to arrest him. And further a tracking and control work, on 30-10-2025, a Force of the a/m Bureau has succeeded to arrest him in red hands-on board of a blinded car, with a falsified plate, when he was delivering a falsified sum of “euros “in the area of “Ouzai “, in the Airport Road. He is named: AA (born on 1981, Lebanese) and he is wanted for the crimes of killing, shooting fire and drugs traffic . By inspecting him with the car, we have seized in his possession the falsified sum of 000.35, with a rectified counter of money, a falsified ID, a driving licence for the name of “Chadi Najjar “. In addition, and after hearing him, he has confessed what it has been attributed to him as for his promotion of falsified money with the category of “euros “. Therefore, and upon the request of the concerned authority, the Directorate General of the ISF, diffuses his photo and ask those who have been victims to their acts and have recognize them, to contact the a/m Bureau on the number 05-467927, in order to take the legal measures against them.

The following statement was issued by the General Directorate of Internal Security Forces, Public Relations Division The Dammour outpost, part of the Territorial Gendarmerie Unit, succeeded in uncovering the circumstances of the rape and murder of a ten-year-old girl (H. M., born in 2015, Syrian national) in the town of Naameh, a crime carried out by a “human monster” in every sense of the word. The aforementioned outpost was able to arrest the perpetrator: H. H. (born in 1997, Syrian) He is the brother of the family’s neighbor. He took the girl and her five-year-old brother, A. M. (born in 2020, Syrian), to the beach where he raped the girl on a dirt hill opposite the Dammour shore to the north. He then killed her by hitting her on the head with a large stone and hid her body among the reeds, under a pile of stones. He then took her brother—who had begun screaming—after hitting him in the face, through the Al-Abbara path in Naameh, where he threw him into the sea, believing he was dead, but divine providence prevented his death. In Detail: At 23:25 on 31-10-2025, the Dammour outpost received a phone call from a resident of Naameh reporting the discovery of a child with scratches, a head wound, and wet clothes. A patrol immediately went to the location where they saw the child. His father (M. M., born in 1979, Syrian) also arrived, accompanied by the aforementioned (H. H.). As soon as the child saw H. H., he pointed at him, indicating that he was the one who took him and his sister to the sea, where he took his screaming sister and told him to stay next to the motorcycle. The suspect then returned alone to take the boy to the Al-Abbara path in Naameh and threw him into the sea after hitting him in the face. The suspect was immediately escorted and detained by the officers and taken to the outpost center. On 1-11-2025, the child’s testimony was heard in the presence of a juvenile protection delegate. He reiterated his statements, and upon being shown the suspect, he accused him again. Around 17:00 on the same date, during a search operation of the sea and the shore, a patrol found the girl’s body, which was examined by the forensic doctor and the Accidents Bureau in Baabda and then placed in the morgue of a hospital in the area. During questioning, the mentioned (H. H.) confessed to the charges against him, admitting that he took the two children to the Dammour beach, raped the girl, and killed her by hitting her on the head with a stone, covering her body with stones. He then took her brother to Naameh and threw him into the sea, believing he had died. (H. H.) was arrested and referred to the Beiteddine Judicial Detachment of the Judicial Police Unit for further investigation, based on the competent judiciary’s directive.

The Directorate General of the ISF, Public Relations Department, has published the following notification : On the basis of the continuous following up work carried out by the ISF in order to combat theft , robbery and pickpocket operations across Lebanon, information was obtained about an identified person who has robbed a bag that contains a sum of money , inside the apartment of one of the citizens in the village of Barja. Immediately, the specialized Units in the Information Department have launched their investigative and field measures to unveil the identity of the perpetrator and to arrest him. And further investigations and inquiries, the Department has succeeded to identify the criminal , and he is named : M (born on 2008, Syrian ) On 14-09-2025, and further a sensitive operation of monitoring and tracking, one of the Department’s patrol has arrested him in the a/m village on board of a red motorcycle manufactured 7 , without plate, and that was seized . Also, and by inspecting him, we have seized on his possession a sum of money and a handgun without bullets . Finally, after hearing him, he has confessed what it has been attributed to him as for his execution of a robbery operation of a bag inside in an apartment in Barja . He also added that he has bought the seized motorcycle with the robbed money , and that he was entering the buildings and houses and stolen them after being sure about their emptiness of inhabitants . We have taken the right legal measures against him, and he was been conducted with the seized objects to the concerned authorities.

Immediately, specialized Units in the Information Department, have launched their investigative and field measures with the aim of identify him and to arrest him. And further intensive inquiries and investigations, the Department has succeeded to identify him and to arrest him on 11-10-2025 in the area of Al Nabaa, and he is named : AA (born on 20.01, Lebanese ) It appears that it exists against him two judicial warrants for crimes of military arms and ammunition transport. Thus and by hearing him, he has confessed what it has been attributed to him as the robbery operations in many regions of Mount of Lebanon. Finally, We have taken the right legal measures against him and he has been conducted with the seized objects to the concerned authorities upon its request.

The General Directorate of the Internal Security Forces – Public Relations Department has issued the following notification: As part of the ongoing efforts of the ISF to combat theft and fraud across Lebanese regions, the Information Department has received information intelligence about several citizens being victims of fraudulent thefts carried out by unidentified individuals. These suspects lure their victims by claiming to have “frozen dollars” for sale. When meeting the victims, they steal their money through deception and then escaped. Following this, orders were given to the specialized units within Department to conduct field and investigative operations to identify and arrest the perpetrators. As a result of intensive investigations, the Department succeeded in identifying them as follows: B.D. (born 1999, Lebanese) — wanted on 11 judicial warrants for armed robbery, theft, forming a kidnapping gang, fraud, possession of weapons, and shooting. M.D. (born 1994, Lebanese) — previously convicted of drug use and counterfeit currency promotion. On 30-10-2025, after close monitoring, one of the Department’s patrols managed to arrest them in an ambush in the Dahr El-Wahsh area, while they were driving a dark-blue Nissan vehicle, which was seized. A search of the suspects and the car led to the seizure of: a handgun with a magazine and 14 bullets, a USB memory stick, personal documents and papers, two chains, three rings, two “black” accessories, a necklace, a wristwatch, a sum of money, and three mobile phones. During interrogation, they confessed to carrying out the aforementioned fraudulent thefts, including one operation on 05-07-2025, during which they stole USD 3,500 from a money transfer shop in Aley. They were also preparing another fraud attempt in Dahr El-Wahsh, but their arrest prevented it. Legal measures were taken against them, and they, along with the seized items, were referred to the competent judicial authorities, under the supervision of the relevant judiciary. Warning: The ISF reminds citizens that there is no such thing as “frozen dollars” — these are purely fraudulent schemes. The Directorate warns the public not to fall victim to such scams and urges everyone to avoid being misled by false advertisements or promises of quick financial gain.

At 11:00 a.m. on October 14, 2025, a first-of-its-kind coordination meeting was held at the General Directorate of the Internal Security Forces (ISF). The meeting brought together ambassadors and representatives of donor countries, as well as accredited executive directors from Australia, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Norway, the United States of America, Spain, Italy, Canada, South Korea, and the European Union. Also in attendance were representatives from the Office of the United Nations Special Coordinator for Lebanon (UNSCOL) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), as these countries and organizations are involved in providing technical, logistical, and operational support to the ISF. The meeting was also attended by the Chief of Staff Unit and a number of senior officers. During the session Major General Raed Abdullah, Director General of the ISF, delivered a speech affirming the ISF’s commitment to fulfilling its responsibilities and carrying out its duties during this challenging and sensitive period that the country is undergoing. He stressed the ISF’s determination to do everything necessary to maintain security, promote peace and stability, and provide distinguished police services, while upholding human rights and protecting freedoms within the framework of the law. He also highlighted the ISF’s key missions, including supporting the Lebanese Army in the South Litani area and beyond, combating terrorism and drying up its sources of funding, as well as addressing transnational organized crime. He emphasized the need to focus both human and material resources on these priorities due to their negative impact on domestic social security and Lebanon’s relations with its surrounding region and international partners. Major General Abdullah also called on participants to provide technical, logistical, and operational support to enhance the ISF’s ability to effectively carry out its mandated tasks. He emphasized the importance of coordinating donation initiatives based on the ISF’s strategic vision, priorities, and essential operational needs, through the ISF’s Aid Coordination Unit, which serves as a central platform for streamlining efforts, avoiding duplication, and ensuring alignment with the institution’s strategic objectives. In conclusion, a discussion was held between the Director General and the participants, addressing the topics, plans, and ISF priorities presented during the meeting.

Issued by the General Directorate of the Internal Security Forces – Public Relations Division The following statement: The Information Division of the Internal Security Forces obtained intelligence regarding an unidentified individual involved in drug trafficking in areas within the Keserwan District. As a result, specialized units from the Division initiated field and intelligence operations. Through investigations and surveillance, they were able to identify the suspect, who turned out to be: M. Y. (born in 2002, Syrian national) On September 16, 2025, after thorough monitoring and surveillance, a patrol from the Division successfully arrested him in the act while he was distributing drugs in Aaqibe, riding an orange V150 motorcycle, which was seized. Upon searching him and the motorcycle, authorities confiscated: 28 plastic capsules containing cocaine and crack cocaine A cannabis joint The suspect confessed to distributing drugs to a large number of individuals in various areas of Keserwan. Legal procedures were carried out against the detainee, and he, along with the seized items, was handed over to the competent judicial authority, in accordance with the judge’s instructions.

Issued by the General Directorate of the Internal Security Forces – Public Relations Division The following statement: As part of the ongoing efforts by the Internal Security Forces to combat all forms of crime, the Bureau for the Protection of Morals and Human Trafficking in the Judicial Police Unit received information about acts of prostitution taking place inside a massage center located in the Jounieh area, where several women were being exploited for this purpose. On 02-10-2025, and as a result of intensive investigations and surveillance carried out by the Bureau’s officers, a unit raided the location and caught four women of different nationalities in the act, while engaging in immoral acts with clients inside the massage rooms. During interrogation, the women confessed to performing these acts based on prior agreements with clients in exchange for sums of money. The center was sealed with red wax, legal action was taken against the detainees under the supervision of the competent judiciary, and efforts are ongoing to arrest the other individuals involved.

R. (born in 1971, Lebanese)He is wanted by the judiciary for the crime of theft. In a related context, on 07-10-2025, a force from the same unit conducted a security operation in the town of Riyaq and arrested another wanted individual, identified as: R. M. (born in 1997, Lebanese)He is also wanted by the judiciary for the crime of theft. The detainees were handed over to the relevant units to take the necessary legal actions against them, under the supervision of the competent judiciary.

Issued by the General Directorate of the Internal Security Forces – Public Relations Division The following statement: As part of the ongoing efforts by the Internal Security Forces to combat all types of crimes and arrest those involved, the Mount Lebanon Intelligence Unit (part of the Regional Gendarmerie) received information regarding four of the most dangerous individuals wanted for drug and weapons trafficking operating in the Tahwita al-Ghadir area. Investigations revealed that this network used its base in Tahwita al-Ghadir as a primary distribution hub for supplying drugs to dealers in the southern suburbs (Dahieh), Khaldeh, and Dora. As a result of intensive surveillance and field investigations, and after a period of precise monitoring, one of the unit’s patrols successfully carried out a well-planned ambush, which led to the arrest of the four network members in the mentioned area while they were moving in two vehicles: A brown Kia A white Toyota RAV4 SUV The arrested individuals are: Y. Z. (born in 1968, Lebanese) M. Z. (born in 1986, Lebanese) A. Z. (born in 1994, Lebanese) M. D. (born in 1992, Lebanese) It was also found that the second individual is wanted by the judiciary under two criminal judgments related to the transportation of weapons and ammunition, threats, and resisting law enforcement officers. Upon searching them, the following were seized: 396 plastic containers filled with narcotic substances, packaged and ready for distribution 6 military-grade weapons and 4 hunting rifles of various types 7 mobile phones $4,700 in U.S. currency The detainees and the seized items were handed over to the competent authorities for the necessary legal action, under the supervision of the competent judiciary. Work is ongoing to arrest the remaining members of the network.

And further investigations, it appears that the page is related to the Zionist enemy . Thus, the Directorate General of the ISF renews for the second time its alert to the citizens to do not enter to the a/m page , in order to avoid the robbery and the piracy of their data and their personal information . Also it urges the citizens to be aware , and to do not enter to any suspected electronic site or link , which the source is unknown , in order to avoid the exposure to a violation operation that can reach their accounts or their personal data.

The Directorate General of the ISF, Public Relations Department, has published the following notification: In the framework of the daily following up work carried out by the ISF, in order to pursue the wanted persons by the authorities, all over the Lebanese regions, specialized units have intensified their field efforts with the aim of localize and arrest them. Further intensive investigations and inquiries, the Information Department has succeeded to localize one of them, and he is wanted by virtue of a warrant of arrest, for crime of traffic of persons, and he is named: (B. M born on 1993, Lebanese) Also, it appears that he is a member of a gang that has kidnapped young men from the region of Bib nine further convincing them about the possibility of their smuggling in an illegal way across the sea, in order to demand further one a ransom from their parents in exchange of their liberation. On 28-11-2024, and further a delicate tracking and control operation, one of the Department patrols has succeeded to arrest him by means of a well confiscated ambush. We have taken the right legal measures against him, and he has been conducted to the concerned authorities upon its request.
