The General Directorate of the Internal Security Forces – Public Relations Division issued the following statement: As part of the daily follow-up conducted by the Internal Security Forces to combat crime across various Lebanese regions, and after a video circulated on social media showing an individual stealing from inside a shop, operational units intensified their field and intelligence measures to identify the perpetrator and determine his whereabouts. As a result of the investigation, the Mount Lebanon Investigation Unit of the Regional Gendarmerie identified the suspect and located his residence in the Airport Road area. A patrol from the unit then raided the location and arrested the suspect, identified as: M. Ch. (born in 1983, Syrian), according to his statements. In his possession, officers seized a quantity of cocaine and hashish, a sum of money, two mobile phones, and a black Sweet motorcycle. In the same context, and based on information obtained by the Mount Lebanon Investigation Unit about a wanted individual involved in a shooting incident that resulted in a person being injured in the leg in the Roueiss area — along with a video circulating that included an audio recording in which he confessed — a unit patrol, following close surveillance, managed to arrest him in the same area. He was identified as: N. Ch. (born in 1980, Palestinian), according to his statements. The two detainees, along with the seized items, were handed over to the relevant units to take the necessary legal measures against them, in accordance with the instructions of the competent judicial authority.

The General Directorate of the Internal Security Forces – Public Relations Division issued the following statement: As part of the ongoing efforts exerted by the Internal Security Forces to combat various types of crimes, the Mount Lebanon Investigation Unit of the Regional Gendarmerie received information regarding prostitution activities taking place inside a massage center in the area of Dekwaneh, where several women were being exploited for this purpose. On 20-11-2025, following intensive investigations and surveillance conducted by the unit’s members, a patrol headed to the location, supported by a team from the Dekwaneh police station, and succeeded in arresting seven (7) women of different nationalities, in addition to the center’s owner and the guard. The center was sealed with red wax, and the necessary legal measures were taken against the detainees pursuant to the instructions of the competent judicial authority.

The General Directorate of the Internal Security Forces – Public Relations Division issued the following statement: As part of the daily efforts carried out by the ISF units to combat theft across various Lebanese regions, the Intelligence Division received information about an individual committing thefts from cars parked along the roadside in the seaside corniche area of Tyre. The latest incident took place on 10-11-2025, when he stole an amount of four thousand US dollars from one of the cars. A video documenting the theft was circulated. As a result, the relevant units of the Division began field and intelligence operations to identify and arrest the suspect. Through investigations, they were able to determine his identity: M. M. (born in 1982, Palestinian) On 18-11-2025, after close surveillance, one of the Division’s patrols spotted him in Tyre, set up an ambush, and arrested him. During interrogation, he confessed to the charges against him, including carrying out a large number of thefts from cars in the city of Tyre, particularly along the seaside corniche. He also admitted to committing extortion by deceiving individuals into believing he was a woman and claiming he would send them indecent photos in exchange for money. The necessary legal procedures were completed, and he was referred to the competent judicial authority as instructed.

The General Directorate of the Internal Security Forces – Public Relations Division Statement: As part of the ongoing efforts carried out by ISF units to curb drug trafficking and distribution across various Lebanese regions, the Information Branch obtained intelligence indicating that an unidentified individual was promoting narcotics in several areas of Mount Lebanon Governorate. Accordingly, the specialized units of the Branch initiated field and intelligence operations to identify and arrest the suspect. Through investigations and surveillance, the Branch succeeded in establishing his identity: A.M. (born in 1986, Lebanese), wanted on a judgment for issuing threats. Follow-up revealed that the suspect had been involved in a traffic accident in Kahaleh, where he was arrested and found in possession of three envelopes containing narcotics. Further investigation showed that the detainee had rented a room in a hotel in the city of Aley, where he was storing narcotics intended for distribution. Orders were issued to search the room and seize the drugs, in coordination with the judiciary. On 30-10-2025, a patrol from the Information Branch raided the room and seized an AK-47 rifle with a magazine and 25 rounds, in addition to a quantity of various types of narcotics, divided into 245 envelopes prepared for sale. Legal measures were taken against the detainee, and he, along with the seized items, was referred to the competent judicial authorities upon their request.

The following statement was issued by the General Directorate of Internal Security Forces – Public Relations Division: As part of the ongoing efforts by various units of the Internal Security Forces to combat the theft of electrical cables and wires from the public grid throughout Lebanon, the Information Branch received information about two unidentified individuals stealing electrical cables in areas of Mount Lebanon Governorate. Following this, patrols from the aforementioned branch initiated field and investigative procedures to identify and apprehend the suspects. As a result of these investigations, their identities were established as: – M.K. (born in 2004, unregistered) – S.H. (born in 2005, Syrian national) On November 9, 2025, after careful surveillance, one of these patrols apprehended them in the act of cutting and stealing electrical wires belonging to a company in the Sin el-Fil area. Wire cutters, a hacksaw, and electrical cables were found in their possession. The two detainees and the seized items were handed over to the relevant unit to carry out the necessary legal action against them, based on the instructions of the competent judiciary.

These operations resulted in the arrest of: M. (born in 1981, Lebanese), wanted by the judiciary under two arrest warrants for forming a criminal gang and theft. Ch. (born in 1973, Lebanese), wanted by the judiciary under two arrest warrants for financing terrorism and trafficking in war weapons. Ch. (born in 2009, Lebanese), wanted by the judiciary under three arrest warrants for theft and forming a criminal gang. As part of the daily follow-up carried out by the Internal Security Forces units to limit armed robberies in various Lebanese regions, the Information Division received intelligence about a gang carrying out armed motorcycle thefts in several areas of the Mount Lebanon and Beirut governorates. Accordingly, the specialized units within the division began field and intelligence operations to identify the gang members and arrest them. As a result of investigations and surveillance, they succeeded in identifying the suspects, including the mastermind: B. M. (born in 2006, unregistered), who has a criminal record for robbery and several judicial warrants issued against him. On 29-10-2025, after precise monitoring, one of the division’s patrols managed to arrest him in the southern suburb while he was riding a blue G R motorcycle without a license plate. The motorcycle was seized, along with a handgun found in his possession. He confessed to his criminal activity involving motorcycle thefts and stated that, together with another individual, he carried out more than one hundred armed motorcycle robberies in the following areas: Jounieh, Kaslik, Sports City, Mar Elias, UNESCO Roundabout, Dora, Ramleh Al-Bayda, and Costa Brava. He also admitted that they used to sell the stolen motorcycles to a person in the Shatila camp and split the proceeds, and that the handgun seized was used in the robberies. He further confessed to drug use. The necessary legal procedures were taken against him, and he, along with the seized items, was handed over to the competent authority upon the direction of the relevant judiciary. Efforts are ongoing to arrest his accomplice.

A statement was issued by the General Directorate of the Internal Security Forces – Public Relations Division, as follows: On 14-11-2025, the citizen (M.Z., born in 1985, Lebanese) filed a complaint regarding a robbery at his jewelry store in the city of Tyre, estimated at around one million US dollars, during which unknown individuals stole approximately 6 kg of gold. Immediately, the specialized units of the Internal Security Forces were assigned to inspect the crime scene and work on identifying the perpetrators. Through the inspection carried out by the Information Division, it was found that the members of the gang had created an opening in the back wall of the shop from the side of an abandoned house, allowing them to reach the store’s safe. They took advantage of the rainy weather and thunder sounds to mask the noise during the operation, which lasted about five hours before they left at dawn as normal street activity began. As a result of careful follow-up, the Division was able to identify the vehicles used in the crime: a white Rapid car and a motorcycle. It also managed to identify all members of the gang, who are all Palestinians: A.S. (born 1995) Y.S. (born 1993 – brother of the first) A.S. (born 1995) B.S. (born 2005) On 25-11-2025, division patrols arrested the first and second suspects in the Saida area, while the third and fourth were simultaneously arrested in the Tyre area. A force from the Division also searched their homes inside the Burj Al-Shamali camp, where approximately 5,300 grams of the stolen jewelry were seized. During questioning, all suspects confessed to carrying out the robbery by creating an opening in the back wall of the shop using a ladder and a hammer, taking advantage of the rainy weather. The first and second suspects also admitted that they had planned the operation after having previously entered the shop to perform maintenance work. The necessary legal measures were taken against the detainees, while the investigation is still ongoing under the supervision of the competent judiciary.

A statement was issued by the General Directorate of Internal Security Forces – Public Relations Division: In the framework of the ongoing efforts undertaken by the Internal Security Forces to combat murder crimes across various Lebanese regions and arrest their perpetrators, the Information Division received information about an unidentified person opening fire toward an unidentified young woman in the Shatila camp, killing her. Immediately, orders were given to the specialized units within the Division to conduct field and intelligence procedures to uncover the circumstances of the murder, identify the killer, and arrest him. As a result of the follow-up, it became clear to the Division that, at the time of the crime, another young woman was present at the location. Through intensive investigation and inquiries, it was revealed that she is: M. (born in 1986, Lebanese) On 28-10-2025, after careful monitoring and surveillance, one of the Division’s patrols managed to arrest her in the Sahara Choueifat area. During the interrogation, she confessed that the so-called (H. H.) was the one who fired a military handgun at the victim—whom she knew as “Nancy.” He works inside the Shatila camp for a drug dealer. She also confessed to using drugs and obtaining them from within the camp from the aforementioned individual. The detainee was handed over to the competent unit to take the necessary legal measures against her, under the supervision of the relevant judiciary, while efforts are still ongoing to arrest (H. H.).

Many individuals were victims of this group, and one of them has received the falsified sum of 000.36. And the Bureau has again received information that one of the members of this group will deliver the sum of 000.35 “euros “to the new victim. Immediately, orders were been given to the members of this group to work in order to localize and to arrest him. And further a tracking and control work, on 30-10-2025, a Force of the a/m Bureau has succeeded to arrest him in red hands-on board of a blinded car, with a falsified plate, when he was delivering a falsified sum of “euros “in the area of “Ouzai “, in the Airport Road. He is named: AA (born on 1981, Lebanese) and he is wanted for the crimes of killing, shooting fire and drugs traffic . By inspecting him with the car, we have seized in his possession the falsified sum of 000.35, with a rectified counter of money, a falsified ID, a driving licence for the name of “Chadi Najjar “. In addition, and after hearing him, he has confessed what it has been attributed to him as for his promotion of falsified money with the category of “euros “. Therefore, and upon the request of the concerned authority, the Directorate General of the ISF, diffuses his photo and ask those who have been victims to their acts and have recognize them, to contact the a/m Bureau on the number 05-467927, in order to take the legal measures against them.

The following statement was issued by the General Directorate of Internal Security Forces, Public Relations Division The Dammour outpost, part of the Territorial Gendarmerie Unit, succeeded in uncovering the circumstances of the rape and murder of a ten-year-old girl (H. M., born in 2015, Syrian national) in the town of Naameh, a crime carried out by a “human monster” in every sense of the word. The aforementioned outpost was able to arrest the perpetrator: H. H. (born in 1997, Syrian) He is the brother of the family’s neighbor. He took the girl and her five-year-old brother, A. M. (born in 2020, Syrian), to the beach where he raped the girl on a dirt hill opposite the Dammour shore to the north. He then killed her by hitting her on the head with a large stone and hid her body among the reeds, under a pile of stones. He then took her brother—who had begun screaming—after hitting him in the face, through the Al-Abbara path in Naameh, where he threw him into the sea, believing he was dead, but divine providence prevented his death. In Detail: At 23:25 on 31-10-2025, the Dammour outpost received a phone call from a resident of Naameh reporting the discovery of a child with scratches, a head wound, and wet clothes. A patrol immediately went to the location where they saw the child. His father (M. M., born in 1979, Syrian) also arrived, accompanied by the aforementioned (H. H.). As soon as the child saw H. H., he pointed at him, indicating that he was the one who took him and his sister to the sea, where he took his screaming sister and told him to stay next to the motorcycle. The suspect then returned alone to take the boy to the Al-Abbara path in Naameh and threw him into the sea after hitting him in the face. The suspect was immediately escorted and detained by the officers and taken to the outpost center. On 1-11-2025, the child’s testimony was heard in the presence of a juvenile protection delegate. He reiterated his statements, and upon being shown the suspect, he accused him again. Around 17:00 on the same date, during a search operation of the sea and the shore, a patrol found the girl’s body, which was examined by the forensic doctor and the Accidents Bureau in Baabda and then placed in the morgue of a hospital in the area. During questioning, the mentioned (H. H.) confessed to the charges against him, admitting that he took the two children to the Dammour beach, raped the girl, and killed her by hitting her on the head with a stone, covering her body with stones. He then took her brother to Naameh and threw him into the sea, believing he had died. (H. H.) was arrested and referred to the Beiteddine Judicial Detachment of the Judicial Police Unit for further investigation, based on the competent judiciary’s directive.
