The Director General of the ISF, Major General Imad Osman, has received , today , the 15th of December 2020, in the afternoon, in his office at the headquarter, the President of the International Delegation of the Red Cross in Lebanon, Mr. Christophe Martin, heading a delegation composed of the vice-coordinator of the Division of Protection and responsible of the Division of the Visit of Places of Detention , Mrs, Aleena Pitisant , and the Consultant of the Delegation of the Program of the Armed Forces and Forces of Security , Mr. Elie Al Asmar, for a visit during which we have done a roundup of the activities carried out by the Red Cross in Lebanon. Also, we have discussed the means of cooperation between the two parties.
The Director General of the Internal Security Forces, Major General Raed Abdullah, received the Indian Ambassador to Lebanon, Muhammad Noor Rahman Sheikh, at his office in the General Headquarters barracks this afternoon, December 16, 2025. During the visit, ways to activate future relations between the two sides and develop coordination in various fields, especially in security frameworks, were discussed, as well as the general situation in the country.

On Monday, December 15, 2020, Major General Raed Abdullah, Director General of the Internal Security Forces, received Dr. Mohammad Reda Fadlallah, President of the Lebanese University of Sciences and Arts (USAL), at his office in the General Headquarters barracks. Dr. Fadlallah was accompanied by a delegation that included Dr. Nasri Harb, Dr. Yasser Fadlallah, Dr. Ahmad Fadlallah, and Ms. Malak Harqous. During the visit, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the university and the Internal Security Forces regarding academic cooperation between the two parties. The meeting was also attended by Brigadier General Dr. Alfred Hanna, Commander of the Internal Security Forces Institute, Brigadier General Ahmad Abela, Head of the Planning and Organization Division, Brigadier General Maroun Khawand, Head of the Administrative Affairs Division, Brigadier General Fadi Al-Hajj, Head of the Training Division, Brigadier General Taroudi Al-Qadi, and Captain Mohammad Al-Hajj, Head of the Complaints, Guidance, and Protocol Branch in the Public Relations Division.

The Directorate General of the ISF, Public Relations Department, has published the following notification: The Director General of the ISF, Major General Raed Abdallah, has received today, the 10th of September 2025, at noon, in his office at the headquarter, the Head of Administration of the Tobacco Control Board (Regie), Engineer Nassif Saklaoui, for a visit during which they have discussed the means of enhancing the institutional partnership and to develop the procedures of mutual cooperation between the two parties.

On June 30, 2025, the Director General of the Internal Security Forces, Major General Raed Abdullah, met with the newly appointed Commander of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL), Major General Diodato Abagnara, at his office in the ISF Headquarters. The meeting focused on strengthening cooperation and coordination between the two sides, and included discussions on the overall security situation in the country, particularly along the southern border.
