Upon the request of the competent judiciary, the General Directorate of the Internal Security Forces circulates the photo of the missing person:

Elias Michel Haddad (born in 1987, Lebanese)
He left his family’s home in the town of Kfarmatta in 2023 and has not returned to this day.
It is worth noting that he is a person with special needs.

Therefore, anyone who has seen him or has any information about him or his whereabouts is kindly asked to contact the Baabda Judicial Detachment in the Judicial Police Unit at one of the following numbers:
