The following statement was issued:
Pursuant to the instructions of the competent judicial authority, the Directorate General of the Internal Security Forces is circulating a photograph of the minor child:
Haider Mohammad Al Ali (11 years old, Syrian national),
who was found in the Sin el-Fil area, on the descent toward the Wati Bridge, and was brought from the Bekaa Valley, according to his own account.
Anyone who has information about the child or knows any of his family members is requested to contact the Sin el-Fil Police Station, under the Regional Gendarmerie Unit, at 01-511989, to provide any relevant information.
