The General Directorate of the Internal Security Forces – Public Relations Division issued the following statement:

Upon the instructions of the competent judicial authority, the General Directorate of the Internal Security Forces is circulating the photograph of the missing person:

Amal Fouad Ismail (born in 1991, Lebanese).

She left her residence in Zgharta, near the Antonine School, on 9 August 2026, heading toward the town of Amchit, and has not returned since.

She is known to suffer from a neurological disorder and is undergoing appropriate medical treatment.

Anyone who has seen her or has any information regarding her whereabouts is requested to contact the Zgharta Police Station, Regional Gendarmerie Unit, on 06-660015, and provide any relevant information.
